Are you ready to become the healthiest, strongest, and most focused version of yourself? The 8 Week Good Vibes Challenge is more than just a fitness program — it’s a full mind-body reset designed to help you thrive physically, mentally and emotionally.

Track Your Progress


We’re taking the guesswork out of your transformation.

At the start of the challenge, we’ll assess your body composition using an InBody scan machine, which will measure:


  • Body fat percentage
     
  • Lean muscle mass
     
  • Bone density
     

But we don’t stop there. To give you a full picture of your progress, we’ll also test your:

  • Strength
     
  • Aerobic fitness
     
  • Boxing conditioning
     

These benchmarks will help us personalise your journey and give you clear, measurable progress from week 1 to week 8.

Fuel Your Results


Achieving your goals starts with proper fuel.
You'll receive nutritional guidance to support fat loss, muscle gain, and total body performance — while also boosting your energy, focus, and mental clarity.


Stay Accountable


You’re not in this alone. With fortnightly check-ins, your coaches will:


  • Monitor your progress
     
  • Adjust your plan as needed
     
  • Keep you focused and motivated

Train Like Never Before


As part of the challenge, you’ll get:


  • Unlimited access to all Good Vibes group classes
  • Two private weekly training sessions, just for 
  • challenge participants:
    🥊 Wednesdays at 6:30pm
    💪 Saturdays at 10:15am

More Than Just Training


This challenge goes deeper than fitness. You'll also take part in unique experiences that support recovery, self-awareness and community connection:

  • 🧊 Recovery day including ice baths, sauna and a guided stretching protocol
