What is it?
In this class we take the time to slow things down, with the the number one priority of teaching you proper technique. This way, you’ll be prepared for when the intensity does speed up .
You’ll learn how to set up your stance and proper punching techniques including the six main punches; Jab, Cross, Lead Hook, Rear Hook, Lead Uppercut and Rear Uppercut.
You can expect Shadow Boxing, Bag Work, Pad Work, Footwork Drills and more.
You’ll spend some time teamed up, holding pads to give your partner a great workout and vice versa.
Of course, you’ll be taught how to do this correctly. We can even show you how to wrap your hands properly, a crucial element of Boxing.

You’ll notice some of our Boxing classes are named after past or current Boxers who have all achieved amazing things. We then structure the classes around the way they train and their style. Currently we have Mayweather, Mike Tyson & Clarissa Shield.
Why should I do it?
In true Good Vibes fashion, we still focus on educating you along the way. Knowledge is power and when you understand why you’re doing something, you’ll be able to perform each skill and drill to the best of your ability.

We love to finish with some conditioning (hello sweat!) to build your aerobic fitness - crucial for heart health and will only improve your fitness for your boxing classes.
Why should I do it?
Strength training not only builds muscle, but it aids your ability to lose body fat, increase bone density, reduce risk or injury and improve sporting performance.
Classes are led by our experienced coaches to ensure your training safely and effectively, with plenty of options to suit your strength level.

BOX-CON is 40 minutes of Boxing so think Boxing Bag drills, Pad work, Skipping, Shadow Boxing etc then we finish w

Our BOX-CON class is for anyone who loves Boxing, loves conditioning and likes to push themselves hard and really build their fitness. Suitable for all levels of Boxing experience and fitness levels.
What is it?
BOX-CON is 40 minutes of Boxing so think Boxing Bag drills, Pad work, Skipping, Shadow Boxing etc then we finish with a 10 minute conditioning piece. This is where we will use equipment such as Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Rowers, Assault Bikes and Body weight movements. You are guaranteed to walk out knowing you have had a great workout.

This class is for anyone who is looking to take their Boxing skills to the next level. This class is suitable for anyone who has had a minimum of 3 months consistent Boxing experience.

You MUST have your own mouthguard, Headgear & 16oz gloves to be able to participate in this class.
