Our beginner’s class is just that - we focus on the fundamentals of Boxing.
It’s perfect for those new to Boxing, or for who have had a hiatus. We also welcome intermediate and experienced Boxers that want to refine their technique - you can never be too competent at the fundamentals of Boxing!
What is it?
In this class we take the time to slow things down, with the the number one priority of teaching you proper technique. This way, you’ll be prepared for when the intensity does speed up .
You’ll learn how to set up your stance and proper punching techniques including the six main punches; Jab, Cross, Lead Hook, Rear Hook, Lead Uppercut and Rear Uppercut.
You can expect Shadow Boxing, Bag Work, Pad Work, Footwork Drills and more.
You’ll spend some time teamed up, holding pads to give your partner a great workout and vice versa.
Of course, you’ll be taught how to do this correctly. We can even show you how to wrap your hands properly, a crucial element of Boxing.

Boxing Skills & Drills is a fast-paced 40-minute class that delivers an intense and effective workout. The focus is primarily on partnered pad work combinations. The coach will demonstrate specific combinations, movements, and defensive techniques to be performed on the pads. Participants will engage in 3 rounds of 3 minutes each, executing these combinations with a partner.

What is it?
Boxing & Conditioning is the perfect mix of boxing and conditioning, designed for those who want to sharpen their boxing skills while taking their fitness to the next level.
The first 40 minutes focus on boxing technique, working through pad work, glove work, bag drills, shadow boxing and footwork to refine your skills and form.
We then finish with 5 to 10 minutes of conditioning to build your strength, cardio and overall fitness. Expect movements like kettlebell swings, slam balls and time on the rowers, all designed to boost endurance and make you a stronger, more resilient boxer.
It’s a high energy session that delivers the best of both worlds, skill development and serious conditioning.

Our strength classes are designed for all levels, focusing on full-body workouts to build strength and confidence. Each 50-minute session starts with a warm-up and mobility work, followed by a Main Lift—a key compound exercise like squats, bench presses, or deadlifts.
We then move into supersets of accessory lifts targeting both upper and lower body, maximising strength gains.
The session wraps up with a high-energy conditioning segment using kettlebells, battle ropes, cardio machines, and more.
Just bring a sweat towel, water bottle, and your energy—let’s get stronger together!

You MUST have your own mouthguard, Headgear & 16oz gloves to be able to participate in this class.
