Good Vibes Boxing is more than just a gym - it's a community.
We run high-energy, fun and interactive classes where you get to learn the art of boxing AND get in a great workout. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming, safe, and friendly space.
Strength training is important for everyone, so we also run classes to help you build and maintain muscle. Perfect if you'd rather workout in a fun group environment, expertly led by one of our coaches.
Did we mention we have a full spectrum Infrared Sauna? The best way to rest & recover after a big boxing or strength session. Our sauna can be booked for 1 or 2 people (make it a date!) for 45 minutes. We supply water and towels too.
We are busy working behind-the-scenes to make sure this space is a safe, fun and supportive environment for you.
