Suspensions:
Each membership comes with 4 weeks' free suspension per 12 month period. After that, it is $10 per week to remain on suspension. Injuries and illness will be given consideration however no retrospective suspensions can be applied. Please provide 3 days notice prior to suspension date via our syspensions form here. You will receive email confirmation that your suspension has been processed once complete.
Cancelations:
All memberships will continue to roll over once the minimum term has been met, until you provide 21 days' notice by filling out the cancelation form on the website here.

Exclusions:
Use of our private infrared sauna is not included in memberships. Sauna sessions be booked privately through our website here.
