Suspension Request

Each membership comes with 4 weeks' free suspension per 12 month period (6 month memberships receive 2 weeks, and 3 month memberships receive 1 week). After that, it is $10 per week to remain on suspension. Injuries and illness will be given consideration however no retrospective suspensions can be applied. Please provide 3 days notice prior to suspension date. You will receive email confirmation that your suspension has been processed once complete.
