Our private sauna room is designed to provide a relaxing and detoxifying experience for you, or for yourself and a friend. Infrared heath therapy has been associated with weight loss, pain relief, improved circulation, and skin rejuvenation.

We offer 45 minute sessions that can be booked below, for 1 or 2 people. Towels and water are supplied by Good Vibes.
