Membership Terms & Conditions

Unlimited Memberships:

Discounts: 

Receive 10% off all Good Vibes products, as well as discounts across our partners (to be announced soon).

Suspensions: 

Each membership comes with 4 weeks' free suspension per 12 month period (6 month memberships receive 2 weeks, and 3 month memberships receive 1 week). After that, it is $10 per week to remain on suspension. Injuries and illness will be given consideration however no retrospective suspensions can be applied. Please provide 3 days notice prior to suspension date via our syspensions form here. You will receive email confirmation that your suspension has been processed once complete.

Cancelations: 

All memberships will continue to roll over once the minimum term has been met, until you provide 21 days' notice by filling out the cancelation form on the website here.

If you require to cancel earlier than the agreed term, you will be charged 50% of the remaining amount owed on your contract. You will receive email confirmation that your cancelation has been processed once complete.

Exclusions:

Use of our private infrared sauna is not included in memberships. Sauna sessions be booked privately through our website here.

Team Keam classes are by invite-only and as such, are not included in our Unlimited memberships.
