How do you like to spend your free time?
Haha, what's that? Nah, I'd have to say lately just reflecting on how my life has progressed. How far I've come as an individual and how proud I am. That, or just taking naps...
What are you most grateful for?
Hands down this gym. The members, YOU (referring to Coach Keam), and internally, myself. Im grateful for the work I've put into myself over the last 2 years.
What you love about being a health and fitness coach?
Simple. I get the opportunity to show people who they already are/ can be. Showing people what they all have inside and proving it to themselves that they are and can be their own super hero. The members make me believe in myself, so I just simply return the favour.
Biggest sporting and or coaching achievements in your life to date?
Sporting - Since boxing has only just begun for myself, I'd have to go back in time to my baseball. And having offer to play for Perth Heat/ take my skills international (possible MLB)
Coaching wise - Every single day working with clients and seeing the smiles, hearing how proud they are of themselves, and them being consistent.

With my fur babies, dancing, doing new things, learning and reading up on philosophy.
What are you most grateful for?
My mind- my dad passed away from Dementia, it brought a new gratitude for my ability to think, to ponder things, to communicate how I feel.
What you love about being a health and fitness coach?
I love working at the intersection of mind, body and soul. I think we can eat all the Kale we want or be as fit as we can, but if we don’t address where we feel trapped internally, then we will never be truly healthy. Being a mentor in these areas has allowed me to open up deep conversations with clients, where experiencing an inner transformation ends up affecting everything in their life.
Biggest sporting and or coaching achievements in your life to date?
Competing in championship dancing and then having hip surgery which resulted in me not being able to dance anymore. It generated an identity crisis, and opened up how I was hiding behind the attention and affection I got for my dancing, it revealed the hole inside of me where I needed to believe for myself that I am enough as I am. It returned me to dancing other genres for fun, not to prove that I am enough.

What are you most grateful for?
My loved ones and inner circle for their unwavering support and for allowing space for me to express my authentic self unapologetically.
What you love about being a health and fitness coach?
Seeing others achieve things they did not think they could physically or mentally overcome. Getting to be a part of that journey for them is incredibly rewarding as I understand the discipline and mental toughness required to get there, as well as the importance of having someone in your corner who believes in you without question.
Biggest sporting and or coaching achievements in your life to date?
My biggest physical achievement is partaking in 30 hours of arduous physical exercise with as little as 2 hours of rest, overcoming physical barriers I did not think were humanly possible.

What are you most grateful for?
I am most grateful for growth, whatever form that comes in, to accept things for what they are & take those lessons to become better every day!
What you love about being a health and fitness coach?
I love building a community & providing a safe space for members & clients alike so the hard work of becoming healthier is easier.
Biggest sporting and or coaching achievements in your life to date?
My biggest sporting achievement for me is my first fight, I actually trained myself the first time & I won so I was really proud of that. As for coaching, I trained my younger brother for his second fight & it was just a very proud moment for me, something that's been hard to beat. Outside of that I really have pride in being able to give time & energy to help my clients feel safe.
